With the introduction of new legislation in the European Union (EU) Caratfin split its operations in order to comply with various regulatory requirements. Our EU clients are serviced through Caratfin Insurance Advisors Limited; a Cyprus registered company authorized and regulated by the Insurance Company Control Services (ICCS), licence number F.O.S.7. The ICCS is a regulatory department under the Ministry of Finance.

The Company is also able to passport its services to other EU countries under the EU Insurance Mediation Directive.
