Client funds and premiums are always and only invested with reputable Life Assurance, Commercial and Health Insurance companies. All companies used are regulated in the jurisdictions where they operate, and Caratfin mainly uses the Isle of Man as its jurisdiction of choice for savings and investments.

The Isle of Man is the only offshore jurisdiction which provides a statutory compensation scheme for those who invest through Life Assurance companies. This regulated scheme, set up in 1991, provides up to 90% of an assurer's liability to a client in the unlikely event it may not be able to meet its financial obligations.

Professional indemnity insurance

In order to provide investors with further assurances and security, Caratfin holds professional indemnity insurance from a reputable EU insurer in the unlikely event that an investor may wish to claim against the company.
